What is Mindfulness?

In Mindfulness the goal is not to stop the mind from thinking or make our thoughts magically disappear. We learn how to focus our attention on physical body sensations, emotions & thoughts. We can then allow ourselves to see them more clearly without judgements and with Kindness.
